What does the booking process entail - start to finish?
There's no need to feel intimidated when it comes to traveling to Africa - we are here to help guide you so that the process is as seamless and stress free as possible.
1.
Fill out the Enquiry Form
Tell us what type of trip are you are looking for. Do you enjoy walking, game drives, birding? Is this trip for any particular special occasion?
2.
Trip Planning Phase
Upon receiving your enquiry we will respond with either a quote or comments / suggestions so as to provide you with the best possible Luangwa experience.
3.
Quotation
Once you are happy with what we have suggested, we will send through a quotation.
4.
Payment of the deposit
In order to confirm the booking, we require a 25% payment deposit. The balance will be paid closer to the date of travel.
5.
60 days before travel
We will be in contact to find out flight arrival and departure times so that we can arrange all necessary road transfers to and from the lodge.
7.
Day of travel
We will be there to meet you at the airport or at the border. Once the trip is finished, we will drop you back at the airport, or wherever specified.
