What does the booking process entail - start to finish?
There's no need to feel intimidated when it comes to traveling to Africa - we are here to help guide you so that the process is as seamless and stress free as possible.
1.
Fill out the Enquiry Form
Tell us your preferred travel dates and number of guests, and what type of trip you are looking for. Would you like to include any Victoria Falls or Livingstone activities during your stay? And are you celebrating a special occasion?
2.
Trip Planning Phase
Upon receiving your enquiry we will respond with either a quote or comments / suggestions so as to provide you with the best possible Livingstone experience.
3.
60 days before travel
We will be in contact to find out flight arrival and departure times so that we can arrange all necessary road transfers to and from the lodge.
4.
Day of travel
If you have booked a transfer with us, our driver will meet you at the airport or border and take you directly to the lodge. At the end of your stay, we will transfer you back to the airport, border, or your specified drop-off point.
