CHALETS & MAIN AREA
Taita consists of 6 bush camp styled chalets
Instead of the typical “brick and aircon” structures so typically found in the area, our chalets are built in the Zambian bush camp style – natural materials and open air.
This open-air style of the chalets keep you connected to the wild so that you can hear the river and birds and feel the air moving around you.

Popular features of the Taita Falcon Lodge chalets
Our bush camp style chalets are constructed with natural materials on a screed floor slab. Set back a bit from the lip of the gorge for safety, each chalet has its own piece of natural bush and a ‘gorge pod’ to take in the views with a cup of coffee or G n’ T.

Chalet Ameneties
Each chalet is named after a bird of prey that can be seen soaring the skies. Décor is simple, yet stylish, with hints of handmade crafts and natural features, keeping in tune with its wilderness surrounds.
